Rice Bran

Rice bran is a rice by-product with a light yellowish-brown color. Its color varies according to the variety and the processing conditions. There will be a small amount of rice husk included in the rice bran. The product consists of oil content ranging from 14% to 18%. In mixed feed, rice bran that has not been defatted can be used as a binder. Rice bran is frequently contaminated with rice hulls, despite the fact that it should have a crude fiber concentration of 10-15%. The general purpose of rice bran is as an ingredient of livestock feedstuff, including ruminants and poultry.
